Join fellow colleagues from around the state at RIFLA's first "unConference"!

What is an unConference? 

a loosely structured conference emphasizing the informal exchange of information and ideas between participants, rather than following a conventionally structured program of events.

An unConference is a time for collegial collaboration and a chance to develop your ideas from other professional development into action plans. You bring the ideas and we create a conference around what is important to you.

Possible sessions could include:

• Seal of Biliteracy Implementation
  
• Teaching in 90% TL with Comprehensible Input
  
• Using Tech Tools in the WL classroom
  
• Station Rotation in the WL classroom
  
• Content connected FLES
  
• Flipping the WL classroom
  
• Local and State Advocacy
  
• Assessing for Proficiency (IPA)
  
• Proficiency oriented curriculum design
  
• Aligning AP themes throughout curriculum
• Immersion Programs
  
• Interculturality and Language Proficiency

There will be 3 - 4 sessions during our morning unConference. Coffee and breakfast provided.
